1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIxTribe ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. AIxTribe is operated from India and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- One person may maintain only one account
3. User Accounts
- Registration requires a valid email address and creation of a secure password
- OTP-based verification may be required for certain actions
- You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Impersonate other users, organizations, or public figures
- Spam, phish, or send unsolicited commercial messages
- Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Platform without permission
- Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Use AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Share private information of others without their consent
- Manipulate engagement metrics (likes, followers) artificially
- Use the Platform for any activity that violates Indian law
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and post on AIxTribe
- By posting, you grant AIxTribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform
- You are solely responsible for the content you post
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice
- Content generated by AI tools is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy
6. AI Workspace & Tools
- AI tools (text generation, image generation, translation, speech-to-text, code assistant) are provided for productivity and creative purposes
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — verify before relying on it
- You agree not to use AI tools to generate content that violates laws, infringes copyrights, or deceives others
- Usage of AI tools is subject to fair use limits; excessive or abusive usage may be restricted
- AI-generated images and text are subject to the respective AI provider's terms of service
7. Messaging & Communication
- Direct messages, group chats, and broadcasts are private between participants
- Voice and video calls use peer-to-peer WebRTC technology
- Users can control call permissions (global toggle and per-user overrides)
- File uploads in messages are limited to 25MB per file
- We reserve the right to monitor messages for violations of these Terms when reported
8. Events & Webinars
- Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information
- Paid webinars and events are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax law
- Refund policies for paid events are determined by the respective organizer
- AIxTribe is not liable for the quality or outcome of third-party events
9. Advertisements
- The self-serve Ad Manager allows users to create and publish advertisements
- All ads are subject to admin approval before being displayed
- Ads must comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines
- Misleading, deceptive, or illegal advertisements will be rejected and may result in account suspension
- Ad payments are subject to applicable GST
10. Subscriptions & Payments
- New users receive a 6-month free trial upon registration
- Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the Platform
- Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- GST invoices are generated for all paid transactions
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable Indian consumer protection laws
11. Intellectual Property
- The AIxTribe name, logo, design, and technology are the intellectual property of AIxTribe
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
- Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners
12. Limitation of Liability
- AIxTribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for content posted by users or generated by AI tools
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
13. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
14. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation
- If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
- You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action proceedings
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
